The Cooling Control Package is an expansion of the RT-100 ABC Infrared Temperature Scanner.This system has become the Industry Standard for Roofing Web Temperature Control.

Graphic 17"SVGA Color display of; Cross web temperature profile, Down web temp.trend, Cooling control variables, Product selection, Sensor calibrations.

Auto/Manual illuminated selector switches are now optional for operator override.

Hula pointing device and industrial membrane keyboard for operator interface.

Control scheme includes five separate prioritized control loops. Linespeed, Cooling Exit temp.,FPL Exit Temp., Ambient Dew Point and Ambient Temp.

Standard 24 output channels control spray solenoids, fans, and air knives.

Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC with Data Highway Plus port standard.(optional SLC 5/05, A-B PLC 520E, Siemens 545, GE 9030)

Expandable system; vacant PLC rack slots, vacant terminal blocks, available memory.

MMI (man-machine-interface) permits customer to standardize operator interface. WinView, RS View32, and Wonderware options.

New features; 17" VGA Monitors, Learned System Tuning (artificial Intelligence), System diagnostics - example;Plugged nozzle detection ,etc., new intuitive graphics.
