Simple maintenance. Long MTBFs, detailed electrical schematics, and off the shelf replacement parts make maintenance simple. 15" Display is standard. (17" optional)

Video "Strip chart" allows operator to see real time (prev 30 min.) . A Trends page allows operator to view 30 minute and 8 hour trends. Other features include; a product change page for running different product widths, a calibration page for sensor calibration, a scan limit page for setting product width, and a main menu.

Full Width Infrared Temperature Scanning

Infrared "spot sensors" measure only a limited area of the product web. The RT-150 Infrared Web Scanner measures the full width of the product in 48 increments. It radically improves operator awareness of web temperature variation. Web temperature awareness is essential to shingle cutting, catching, stacking, and packing processes.
