Cooling Water Spray Headers

This is an assembly drawing for a custom designed header. Headers are liquid pressure type, made of 304 tainless steel. Parts are TIG welded. Spraying Systems Stainless Steel Nozzles are used. Under regular use these headers should last a lifetime.

Given accurate material and process specifications, Roofing Technology will calculate the evaporative cooling load for your production line. Results will include; specific heat for your product, required water flow, number of headers, nozzle sizing and spacing. We have also developed the most effective method of air delivery for evaporative cooling.
